If an organization has executed an order form, master services agreement, subscription agreement, data processing agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement with Solarion AI Inc. concerning Solarion Sentinel™, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these website Terms of Use.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between the person or organization accessing Solarion Sentinel™ ("you" or "Customer", as applicable) and Solarion AI Inc. ("Solarion AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the website or service, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have authority to do so.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.
2. Solarion Sentinel™ service
Solarion Sentinel™ is an enterprise security and assurance platform designed to support authorized assessment of autonomous systems, machine identities, assets, control states, evidence, security findings, risk relationships, remediation programs, framework mappings, reporting, and attestation records.
Available capabilities depend on the deployment, configuration, subscription, pilot scope, and integrations made available to the applicable customer.
3. Authority and eligibility
The service is intended for authorized enterprise, institutional, government, and professional use. You may use Sentinel only for organizations, systems, environments, accounts, identities, data, and evidence for which you have lawful authority.
If you access Sentinel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind or act for that organization within the scope of your assigned role.
4. Accounts, credentials, and role-based access
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and authentication factors, maintaining accurate account information, and using only the privileges assigned to them. Accounts may not be shared except where an applicable enterprise configuration expressly permits a managed service account.
Sentinel may enforce role-based access controls, session restrictions, audit logging, security monitoring, and access revocation. Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access when personnel responsibilities change or access is no longer required.
5. Limited right of use
Subject to these Terms and any applicable written agreement, Solarion AI grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for the organization and purposes for which access was provided.
No ownership right in Solarion Sentinel™, its software, methodology, interfaces, control structures, rule logic, documentation, reports, or branding is transferred by access to the service.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access systems, information, accounts, or customer environments without authorization;
- attempt to bypass authentication, role restrictions, rate controls, technical safeguards, or tenant boundaries;
- introduce malicious code, destructive payloads, unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service activity, or other harmful functionality;
- use the service to conduct offensive operations, unauthorized penetration testing, unlawful surveillance, or activity that violates applicable law;
- submit passwords, private keys, raw authentication tokens, or secrets unless the applicable production deployment is expressly designed and authorized to receive them;
- copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, or attempt to reproduce non-public platform code, rule logic, or proprietary methodology except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- misrepresent Sentinel output as a certification, legal determination, regulatory approval, or independent audit opinion; or
- use the service in a manner that materially interferes with its security, integrity, availability, or operation.
7. Customer data, evidence, and instructions
Customers retain their rights in data and materials submitted to the service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, notices, authorizations, and lawful basis necessary to provide information to Sentinel and to instruct Solarion AI to process it.
Customer data may be processed to create security graphs, evidence mappings, control states, findings, risk calculations, reports, audit events, scan records, and other derived assessment artifacts necessary to provide the service.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of source information and for identifying information that is subject to heightened confidentiality, residency, regulatory, or contractual restrictions.
8. Security analysis and AI-assisted output
Sentinel may use rules, scoring models, correlation logic, retrieval systems, automated classification, and artificial-intelligence-assisted analysis to produce candidate evidence mappings, findings, risk indicators, summaries, remediation recommendations, and reports.
Automated output is decision-support information. Customers and authorized reviewers remain responsible for validating material findings, evidence, remediation decisions, control conclusions, and actions taken in response to the platform.
9. Assurance and assessment limitations
Sentinel findings and reports are based on the data, evidence, control state, configuration, integrations, ruleset, and assessment scope available at the time of analysis. Incomplete or inaccurate inputs may result in incomplete or inaccurate output.
Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement, Sentinel does not provide a certification, accreditation, audit opinion, legal opinion, guarantee of security, guarantee of regulatory compliance, or penetration-test attestation. Framework mappings support assurance analysis and do not represent endorsement by the referenced framework owner.
10. Third-party services, standards, and integrations
Sentinel may interoperate with third-party identity, cloud, security, productivity, model, infrastructure, or data services selected by a customer. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, availability, technical controls, and security responsibilities.
References to external standards, frameworks, control identifiers, or technical specifications are provided for mapping and interoperability. All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Confidentiality
Non-public customer information, assessment evidence, security findings, architecture information, credentials metadata, reports, and other sensitive material should be handled as confidential information in accordance with the applicable enterprise agreement and organizational policy.
Users must not disclose another customer's information or restricted Solarion AI information except as authorized.
12. Intellectual property
Solarion Sentinel™, its software, product architecture, interfaces, visual design, control structures, rule logic, scoring methods, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Solarion AI Inc., except for customer content and third-party materials identified as such.
Solarion Sentinel™ and associated product names and marks may be protected by trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
13. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or feedback, Solarion AI may use that feedback to improve its products and services without obligation to the extent permitted by law and the applicable enterprise agreement. Feedback does not include customer confidential information or customer-owned assessment data.
14. Service availability and changes
Solarion AI may maintain, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of the public website or service. Production service commitments, support levels, maintenance terms, and service levels are governed by the applicable enterprise agreement where provided.
Solarion AI may implement security changes without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, users, or underlying infrastructure.
15. Pilot, demonstration, and pre-release services
Demonstration, evaluation, pilot, preview, or pre-release environments may contain limited functionality, sample data, evolving interfaces, or experimental capabilities and may not be appropriate for production workloads unless expressly authorized.
Customers must not rely on a pilot or demonstration environment for production security controls, business continuity, regulated records, or mission-critical operations unless the applicable written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
16. Commercial terms
Subscription fees, professional services fees, payment terms, taxes, usage limits, license quantities, deployment scope, renewals, and commercial commitments are governed by the applicable quote, order form, statement of work, or enterprise agreement.
Public website access does not by itself create a paid subscription or obligate Solarion AI to provide enterprise services.
17. Suspension and termination
Solarion AI may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, suspected unauthorized activity, material violation of these Terms, non-payment under an applicable agreement, legal requirement, or threat to the integrity of the service.
Termination, data return, transition assistance, and deletion obligations for enterprise customers are governed by the applicable written agreement.
18. Disclaimers
Except to the extent expressly stated in a signed enterprise agreement and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, public website, demonstration, pilot, and evaluation services are provided on an "as available" basis. Solarion AI does not warrant that every vulnerability, control weakness, misconfiguration, threat path, or compliance issue will be identified.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate independent security controls, professional review, backups, incident response, business continuity, and compliance processes.
19. Liability
Liability allocations, exclusions, and limitations for paid enterprise services are governed by the applicable written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solarion AI is not responsible under these website Terms for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of a free, demonstration, or evaluation environment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Agreement precedence and applicable law
If an enterprise agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing agreement, or other signed agreement applies to the customer's use of Sentinel, that agreement governs the matters it addresses and prevails over conflicting provisions in these Terms.
Applicable governing law, venue, dispute procedures, and contractual remedies are determined by the governing enterprise agreement and mandatory law. Where no separate written agreement exists, applicable law determines those matters.
21. Changes to these Terms
Solarion AI may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, security practices, or commercial operations. The current version will identify its last-updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
